Project Scope

The structure of this waterfront private residence is composed of a two-story steel frame with interior wood infill framing at the roof and second floor. The first floor is slab on deck., while the perimeter façade is mainly composed of glass at the first and second walls.

 

Cuono Engineering has provided design and detail, foundation, gravity and lateral moment steel frame and site retaining walls.
