Project Scope

Structural design of a new 4-story, affordable senior housing complex, approx. 41,000 SF with 63 apartments, a rooftop terrace, and one basement level.   
 

The prevalent structural framing consists of hollow-core planks on masonry-bearing walls with precast lintels.  The lateral system is a combination of steel moment frames and reinforced masonry shear walls.
