Project Scope

Historical Preservation of the Palmer Tennis House, the third oldest indoor tennis court in the country and part of the Jay Heritage Center in Rye, NY.

Temporary shoring towers were installed to support the wood trusses so that remedial work on the trusses and walls could be performed. Cuono Engineering provided structural engineering services for the design and detailing of new temporary shoring, sequencing and demolition for the new structural repairs.
