Project Scope

The Malt House is an American tavern with craft beer and cocktails. The project involved renovation of the space in an existing turn of the century high-rise building with riveted steel construction and terra cotta flat arches. The scope included a new mezzanine, stair enlargement, and a new raised mechanical platform above the rear skylight.
