Project Scope
Retrofit of an existing 115,000 SF, vacant 4-story office building located at 104 Corporate Park Drive, into a new space for a Medical Center. Among the facilities functions, including being a pediatric ambulatory care facility, a 5,000 SF addition will house a linear accelerator for a new cancer center.
Cuono Engineering provided structural engineering services for the core and shell renovations, the addition, and the foundations for the adjacent parking garage. The renovations included new elevators, new stair towers, mechanical rooftop dunnage and screening, and a new entrance canopy. Additionally, the lateral load resisting system was upgraded as part of the renovation.
