With over 25 years of comprehensive structural design experience, Mimi Lischin brings her extensive knowledge and expertise to our Production Team as the new Senior Production Technician. She holds a master's degree from Technical University of Kosice (TUKE) in Structural Engineering. While Mimi's experience includes a wide range of projects, her proficiency lies in residential, brownstones, and educational projects comprised of wood, steel, masonry, and cold-formed steel, including cinder concrete slabs and terra cotta load-bearing wall structural systems.

Mimi loves being involved in the production aspect of the structural engineering process, as she finds it thrilling to watch a project on paper come to life in 3D, appreciating that each project presents new challenges and opportunities to expand her knowledge and understanding of structures. She also thoroughly enjoys collaborating with the project design team, as there is always something to be gained in getting to know people better both professionally and personally. 

In her free time, Mimi enjoys listening to tech podcasts, watching sports, reading, and spending time with her family. She also has a great sense of humor!
