Fogo de Chao

This project consisted of the design of various interior structural modifications to an existing retail space for a new restaurant located in White Plains, NY.

Structural details included a new stair and framing for the new stair opening, new openings for mechanical equipment, infill of existing opening in the slab. Structural support of full height glass wall partitions. Structural support of mechanical equipment. New roof top dunnage for mechanical equipment. Reinforcement of select existing structural members for increased loading due to the change in the occupancy of an area.
