Washington Avenue Lofts

Washington Avenue Lofts is a new 35,000 SF, 3-story mixed-use luxury podium style building that features 2 units, a studio and a one-bedroom, available as affordable housing. The basement and ground floor were designed with structural steel framing with a composite metal deck. The second floor was designed as a transfer level to support 2 levels of conventional wood framing. The ground floor is braced with steel tubular chevron diagonal bracing. At the rear of the building there is a parking garage, accessed via an internal ramp. The garage is approximately 160’ X 60’ and designed with pitches steel framing and a composite metal deck.
