Louis Malfitani

Assistant Project Engineer

Louis is a Manhattan College Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (his second degree from Manhattan College).  Louis is one of our go-to guys for steel connection analysis and design on both new buildings and renovations.  His experience, which includes the design and detailing of complicated roof structures and renovations of hotels, theaters, and retail projects, has provided invaluable specialized engineering to our firm.

 

His dedication, diligence, and focus to his work makes him a strong and long standing part of our growing company. Working with one of our largest steel clients, Louis is responsible for creating calculation packages, reviewing connections, and collaborating with design engineers on the load path and the space requirements for connections.

 

Complicated connection design is his specialty, the more oddball the connection, the more interesting it is to Louis!
