Rhinebeck Residence

Cuono Engineering provided structural design services for a new, 2-story, 16,000 SF private residence in Upstate New York. The Structural framing consists of concrete foundations and basement walls,  CMU walls, concrete slab on metal deck supported on steel columns at the lower level and wood shear walls and roof on the second floor. The house features an indoor pool and spa, a listening room, bedroom balconies, and an elevator.
