Structural design of addition to existing 2-story historic house in Long Island.
This project consists of the design of an extension to an existing 2-story historic house in Long Island which will also be raised and re-supported on a new foundation due to the high-water table.
The structure is to be framed with wood construction and supported on a deep helical pile foundation system.
