Target - Brooklyn
Design and detail of temporary rigging steel for installation of elevator and escalator pits at existing building situated over water in Brooklyn, NY.
This project consisted of a 2-story building renovation project of a new Target location in Brooklyn, NY. The new store is located in the existing Caesar's Bay Bazaar which is built on piers along Gravesend Bay.
Cuono Engineering designed and detailed the temporary rigging steel for the installation of one elevator and two escalator pits located on the first floor of the building where it is situated over water. The temporary rigging located at the elevator is designed to lift the heaviest weight of up to 115,000 lbs.
