Project Scope

New 9,200 SF replacement chapel that was damaged during a fire & installation of a new elevator shaft connecting the new chapel with the adjacent existing building.  
 

Structural framing consists of steel framing with concrete over metal deck floor systems. The main lateral-force resisting system consists of continuous steel bent-frames of varying spans. Steel columns are supported on isolated spread footings & concrete   
retaining walls.
