Cuono Engineering Habitat for Humanity Build Day!

Last week, Cuono Engineering joined forces with one of our favorite local non-profit organizations, Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County (HFHCFC). A group of our team members spent the day in Bridgeport Connecticut to help with the construction of what will be a 2-story duplex. The Cuono team started off the day by loading materials including, prefabricated framed walls at the warehouse. Once on site, the team worked on installing the first floor interior framing as well as wood blocking for the first floor joists.  

We always look forward to these build days which allow our team to give back to those in need but while providing a hands-on opportunity to utilize some of our engineering skills in a practical setting. Through our partnership with HFHCFC, we are able to make a tangible impact in the lives of families in need of decent and affordable housing which is truly an honor.
